ELKOMIX-16
has many advantages according to the other types of concrete plants.
A) The installation
investment is low according to the other types of concrete batching plants.
B) During the
installation process the machine can easily be installed on a flat ground. There is no
need for concrete foundations.
C) Ability to work
with 2 or 3 kinds of aggregate and the elevator system picks up the aggregate from ground
itself. The elevator system turns right or left hydraulically, there is no need for
another special system for aggregate feeding.
D) One of the most
important advantage is the transportation of the machine. ELKOMIX-16 can easily be
transported with a truck and it can be installed in one day.
E) The panmixer unit
and the mixing paddles are produced of anti-wear Manganese alloyed material. This provides
a long usage time.
F) If cement is
feeeded with cement packet, the machine can be operated with two operators. If a cement
silo is used ELKOMIX-16 is able to produce 80-100 m³ concrete in one day with one
operator.
G) It is possible to
place an axle and a wheel mechanism for the transprotation of the machine.
